About Size 36F Bras

A 36F is a 36 band with an F cup — a generously full cup. The band does most of the work (around 80% of your support), so if it rides up at the back or the straps dig in, it's the band to fix, not you.

We cut 36F for fuller busts, part of our full 36D–36K range. Not sure 36F is your size? Book a personalized fitting and we'll get it sorted.

Is F cup breast size big?

An F cup is a fuller-bust size, but the band sets the real volume — a 36F holds more than a 30F despite the same letter. Fit, not the letter, is what counts.
