About Size 28F Bras

A 28F is a 28 band with an F cup — a generously full cup. The band does most of the work (around 80% of your support), so if it rides up at the back or the straps dig in, it's the band to fix, not you.

What does 28F mean?

The 28 is your band — roughly a 28-inch ribcage — and the F is the cup, about 7 inches between your underbust and fullest point. Put together, 28F is one fitted size, not two separate measurements.

How do I know my 28F fits right?

The 28 band should sit level and firm on the loosest hook — it does around 80% of the support. The F cup should hold you fully, with no spillage or gaping. If the band rides up or the straps dig in, the band's too loose or the cup too small. Book a fitting if you're unsure.

What does the work in a 28F — the band or the cup?

The band. In a 28F, the 28 band gives most of the lift and support; the F cup just needs to hold your volume without spilling. A loose band is the most common fit problem, so that's where to start.
