About Size 40F Bras

A 40F is a 40 band with an F cup — a generously full cup. The band does most of the work (around 80% of your support), so if it rides up at the back or the straps dig in, it's the band to fix, not you.

There's no exact US match. Above a D cup, UK and US cup letters stop lining up (US adds DDD, then keeps diverging), so Scoop's UK 40F doesn't convert one-to-one to a US 40F. A fitting is the safest way to find your closest US equivalent.
