About Size 40FF Bras

A 40FF is a 40 band with an FF cup — a generously full cup. The band does most of the work (around 80% of your support), so if it rides up at the back or the straps dig in, it's the band to fix, not you.

The 40 band is roomy and FF is 4 steps above a D, so 40FF is a genuinely full size — a deep cup on a roomy band. A cup letter only means something next to its band, and the band carries most of the support.

What are the sister sizes for 40FF?

Its sister sizes — same cup volume, a different band — are 38G (snugger band, deeper cup) and 42F (roomier band, shallower cup). If the 40 band feels tight, try 42F; if it's loose, 38G.

How do I know my 40FF fits right?
