About Size 28D Bras

A 28D is a 28 band with a D cup — a fuller cup. The band does most of the work (around 80% of your support), so if it rides up at the back or the straps dig in, it's the band to fix, not you.

The 28 band is snug and D is the entry fuller cup, so 28D is a compact fuller-bust size — full through the cup but neat overall. A cup letter only means something next to its band, and the band carries most of the support.
